Angie Ketelhut - Art
With each painting, I strive to capture individual pet personalities, along with the more obvious, physical characteristics. Color is a very important element for me and I use vibrant colors along with expressive brushstrokes to emulate & express each pet's highly “colorful” character.

How to submit your pet's photo:
Please send clear close-up photos of your pet. Make sure the photos are true to your pet's coloring. I can work from several different photos by choosing the best elements of each. Please tell me if you would prefer just a head or full body and what type of background, including special dominant colors. You may also choose a similar background to any of my paintings, just indicate the item number. Describe your pet's personality, and tell me his/her name, and any special ideas you have.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: After we have agreed to go ahead, I require 50% of the cost upfront, the balance before I mail you the finished portrait. I will email you a photo of the completed work first. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. In the very unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the portrait, I will refund your down payment; however, please keep in mind that I will withhold 20% of your deposit to cover the cost of my materials.
TIME FRAME: Normally, pet portraits are completed within 4-6 weeks. Times can vary according to my schedule, but I will let you know the exact timing when you place your orders.
